By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to course materials, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including payment plans.
2. Payment Plans
If you enroll using a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments on time. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and/or removal from the program until payments are resumed or paid in full. Payment plans are not eligible for cancellation once the first installment has been processed.
3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All course materials—videos, PDFs, worksheets, downloads, and audio content—are the intellectual property of The School of Public Service Readiness and TaJuan Stout Mitchell. This content is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

4. Community Conduct
All participants are expected to uphold a standard of respect, professionalism, and integrity within the course platform and during live sessions.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.
This space is intended to support constructive dialogue, leadership growth, and encouragement—not debate or disrespect.
5. Digital Access
Participants will receive access to course materials for a period of 12 months from the date of course launch (August 10, 2025 – August 10, 2026). After this time, materials will no longer be available unless otherwise stated.
Live session replays and resources will be posted to the course platform for viewing during this access period.
